PAYMENTS
You agree to pay via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or Cash. Payment will be charged at the time of service unless customer chooses to pay in advance or reservation is for a special event. You agree to the terms of use for the Book Rides Online Passenger mobile application.
DEPOSITS
Sometimes a deposit is required to hold a reservation. You must cancel with 48-hours of scheduled pickup to avoid cancellation charge of 1/2 deposit amount.
LOYALTY PROGRAM
10% discount applies each time a referral becomes a customer and uses our service to airport or when qualifying travel booked on airport customer loyalty webpage in connection with a scheduled trip to the airport. Qualifying travel is defined as can be a flight with cashback, hotel, resort, cruise, entertainment or car rental. All travel must be booked completely online to qualify. Only one discount or Promo Code can be applied to each airport trip, including round-trip requests.
