Terms of Service Explained
Payments
You agree to pay via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or Cash for local transportation services and the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Payment will be charged at the time of service unless the customer chooses to pay in advance or the reservation is for a special event.
Deposits
Sometimes, a deposit is required to hold a reservation for local transportation. You must cancel within 48 hours of scheduled pickup to avoid a cancellation charge of 1/2 of the full cost of the reservation.
Loyalty Program
A 10% discount applies each time a referral becomes a customer and uses our service to the airport or when qualifying travel is booked through Ellis-Lopez Travel in connection with airport transportation to Baltimore-Washington, Reagan National, or Washington-Dulles International Airport.
Qualifying travel is defined as hotel (or hotel + flight), car rental, cruise, all-inclusive resort, vacation package, tour, or entertainment. All travel must be booked online or by a travel agent at Ellis-Lopez Travel to qualify.
Only one discount or Promo Code can be applied to each airport reservation.
